Discharge planning with integrated metrics of Estimated discharge date / planned discharge date / Early day discharges / Length of stay / Overstays / Reasons for stay / Outlier management / Discharge summary status tracking all combined to ward or team based lists, and surfaced to Enterprise wide dashboards, reporting and data warehouse integration.
